"Kellemes környezet, csendes utca, gondozott és elegendő nagyságú udvar. Pár percre van gyalog a Balaton, ami a legnagyobb előny, főleg gyermekes családnak. A szomszédok is barátságosak, segítőkészek. A redőny és a szúnyogháló jó szolgálatot tett."
"Nagyon hiányzik a házon belüli internet hozzáférés (igaz, nem volt a felszereltségben megjelölve), különösen azért, mert 2 mobil szolgáltató térereje is gyenge volt egy normális adatátvitelhez. Úgy gondolom, hogy egyrészt ma már ez is egy fontos szempont, másrészt ha ezt is biztosítani tudnák a tulajdonosok, a kialakítás költségét az árba is bele tudnák építeni, még jobban vonzó lenne a szálláshely."

"Kitűnő konyhai, háztartási felszereltség. (kivéve vasaló!) Kifogástalan tisztaság. Saját sütésre, kint tartózkodásra alkalmas, intim udvar. Csend. Balaton az utca végében."
