125 km away from Budapest on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, between Balatonszárszó and Balatonőszöd, situated 50 meters from Lake Balaton, a brick-built separate holiday home with 4 bedrooms is available for rent for max 8 adults, 2 children (between age 0-6) and a baby (between age 0-3).

The beach at the end of the street is only a minute walk from the house; the lakebed is shallow and sandy. The house is 2 km away from the village center and the famous Central Beach in Balatonszárszó and it is near the cycling path around Lake Balaton. The ground floor has a 80 square meter floorspace which contains a kitchen-dining room, a living room with a TV, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) a bathroom, a separated toilet and a large patio with garden furniture and a swing set. There is an indoor staircase leading up to the upper floor which has an 80 square meter floorspace. There is a bedroom with a balcony which is furnished with a 140x200 cm double bed and a 140x140 cm sofa bed which is perfect for 2 children; also there are 2 sleeping cabins with a 140x200 cm double bed each. Moreover on the upper floor there is a bathroom and a separated toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped: a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, dishes and cutleries are ready for use. In the garden there are beach chairs, a grill, and a fireplace which is perfect for cooking in a cauldron or a barbecue.

Parking is available in the backyard for 2 cars. If needed, a cot, a highchair, a baby bathtub, a baby walker, a baby buggy and other necessities are available at a one-time fee.

The accommodation is friendly, max. By prior agreement, a 20 kg dog is allowed for 1500 HUF / night.

Smoking is only allowed in the backyard or on the balcony.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included.

The accommodation cannot be rented for parties.
