"Ilyen rossz kommunikációval még életemben nem találkoztam. Kezdtük azzal, hogy lefoglalom a szállást éjfélkor és másnap reggel 8-kor a szállásadó ébreszt telefonon, hogy most akkor fizetek-e vagy felejtsük-e a foglalást. Aznap frankón átutaltuk a szállás díját, de képes volt felhívni az indulás előtti nap a szállásadó, hogy "még egy fillért se" kapott tőlünk. Mindezt a legelképesztőbb hangvétellel. Attól, hogy idióta vagy, ne háborodj fel más emberekre. Ezt sikerült tetézni azzal, hogy "mindenképp érjünk oda" este 8-ig kisgyerekkel, messziről utazva. De aztán személyesen senki sem fogad minket a szálláson, csak ott van hagyva a kulcs, hogy szedd össze magad. Akkor minek kell beparáztatni az embereket telefonon? A szállás ár-érték arányban nagyjából rendben lenne, de összességében negatív volt az élmény."
