We invite you to one of several comfortable heated houses that we have built in a 2-hectare private park on Lake Tałty in Stare Sady, 5 km from Mikołajki. Each of the houses has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, TV, heating. Panoramic windows and large covered terraces will allow you to enjoy a wonderful view of the park. On the terrace you will find patio furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. A well-maintained park with lots of plants, a pond with an island and a waterfall, hammocks and a playground. With us you will rest comfortably surrounded by nature.

Our year-round heated houses stand on a promontory on Lake Tałty in a large private park with a garden. Only a few houses, lots of space and privacy. Each of them has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a rain shower. For those who like to sleep, we offer houses with bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains. A barbecue awaits you by the covered terrace of 15m2. The park is at your feet from the terrace. In summer, walking on the grass barefoot or in flip-flops is even advisable. Our one-story houses have a beautiful panoramic view of the garden and park, which pleases the senses regardless of the weather conditions and changes depending on the season. We have arranged the houses in the Scandinavian style so that you have everything at hand for both a short and a longer stay.

With us you can breathe clean air, enjoying the proximity of unspoiled nature. Two chillout zones are waiting for you. Comfortable hammocks in a shady birch forest and a sun-drenched pond with an island and a waterfall. Concerts of frogs and birds make the rest more pleasant.
In our park with a garden you will find many paths that encourage you to walk. Children can have fun on the playground, watch the life of lizards and squirrels. The entire area is fenced.

Within a few steps from us in Stare Sady you will find a marina with water equipment rental, a slip, passenger ship cruises, several restaurants, a beach with a gentle sandy entrance to the water and a playground, a safe bicycle path as part of the 300 km Masurian Cycling Loop connected to Green Velo in Węgorzewo, kilometers of hiking trails.

At a distance of 5 km: Mikołajki, full of life around the clock with a sailing village, shops and restaurants, and the Tropikana water park.

Everyone will find something for themselves in the area: sailing, canoeing and cycling trails, balloon, plane or motor hang glider flights, horse riding stables, golf course, Wild Animal Park, the Teutonic Castle in Ryn and many other attractions.
