"Pozitív tapasztalat: az éjszakára beosztott idősebb férfi recepciós kedvessége, kulturáltsága, empatikussága, mely követendő példa lehetne a hotelban dolgozó fiatalabb munkatársak számára. Főleg a bárban dolgozó pincérnőknek. A másik pozitív tapasztalat: a sószoba volt, mely a kellemes, meleg színeivel megadta azt a nyugalmat, ami a szálláshelyből alapvetően hiányzott. Viszont a burkoló itt is kontár munkát végzett."
"A szoba modernnek tűnt a bemutatott fényképeken, viszont a kapott szoba plafonjára ráfért volna egy tisztasági festés. A fürdőszoba olyan kicsi, hogy egy ember is alig fér el benne, illetve a fürdőszoba átlátszó ajtaja hagyott némi kivetnivalót maga után, ahogy a takarítószemélyzet munkája is. A wellness részhez tartozó kisméretű jakuzzira szintén ráférne némi renoválás. Ettől függetlenül némelyek annyira ragaszkodtak hozzá, hogy a nap folyamán egyszer sem tudtuk igénybe venni. A kifeküdt matracokat szintén ki lehetne cserélni, ahogy a fürdőszoba bútorait is, főleg a belső részeket (kihúzható polc). Összességében: a Kristály Hotel összes munkatársa - kivétel az idősebb recepciós úr - lélektelen, ahogy a hely is. Sem a barátaimnak, sem az ismerőseimnek nem ajánlanám ezt a hotelt. Mérhetetlen nagy csalódás volt."
