Newly decorated holiday house for 8 to 10 people in Kostelj, near Crikvenica.

This modern accommodation facility consists of 3 floors (ground floor is as a separate access to the apartment on the 1st floor by external stairs).

The ground floor consists of 1 large living / dining room with kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 very large terrace.

On the 1st floor there is 1 large living / dining room with kitchen offering a covered balcony with sea views, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The upper floor consists of 1 bedroom, 2 children's rooms and 1 small bathroom. In each children's room there is a bed measuring 120 cm x 200 cm.

As an accent, the outdoor area consists of 1 beautiful pool, 1 cozy sun terrace, 1 large barbecue and some games for children.
The property is completely locked.
Some fitness equipment is available.
