In a very quiet location, and yet only a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Crikvenica, there is this beautiful and functional holiday home.

This stone house was built in the 19th century and has recently been completely renovated taking care to renovate everything in a traditional style.

Although you live in a typical Mediterranean stone house, you do not have to do without electronic household appliances for everyday use, because the house is very well equipped!

With its tranquility and comfort, this beautiful house invites you to stay.
The house consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor.

Ground floor:
Here is a cozy bedroom, bathroom and living room with a double sofa bed. From the ground floor the first floor can be reached by an internal staircase and an external staircase.

1st floor:
This floor consists of a large living / dining room with a very well equipped kitchen and a bedroom. From the kitchen you have access to the balcony of the house, and from the bedroom to another balcony. The kitchen offers a beautiful view of nature and the beautiful blue sea of ​​the Adriatic. A DVD player with some DVDs is available, as well as some books.

Outdoor:
The outdoor area of ​​60 m2 offers good privacy. The stay here is very pleasant thanks to the landscaped, Mediterranean garden, the existing seats, the charcoal grill, two deck chairs and hammocks.
Furthermore, a bicycle and various toys are available.

Due to the thick stone walls in this house the temperature is always pleasant even during high summer. This means that air conditioning is not required.
