Description:
Well maintained holiday home in a very good location of Crikvenica! The center is only about 80m away and the nearest beach is only 100m. For a pleasant temperature even on warm summer days provide 4 air conditioners.

The house consists of two floors, the outdoor area and a separate small house.

On the ground floor there is a dining room with kitchen in the same room, a living room, and a bathroom. From the kitchen you have access to the garden area with terrace.

The first floor consists of two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom which is a few steps lower, so to speak, in the mezzanine floor.

The pleasant outdoor area has two terraces, a small garden, a charcoal grill and one private parking space.

The additional small house is intended as a lounge.
