This high quality furnished holiday house is located in the small village of Križišće, which is not far (10 km) from the famous resort of Crikvenica. Due to the peaceful environment and good facilities in this facility, a good recovery from everyday life is ensured.

The holiday house is divided into a ground floor, mezzanine, upper floor and a pleasant garden, where there is a pool area. The house, which is furnished in a rustic style, consists of 125 m2 of living space. There are 3 air conditioners available in the house.

Ground floor:
The ground floor consists of two separate living rooms, a spacious and very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the ground floor you have direct access to a covered terrace of 37 m2. In the dining room there is air conditioning that comfortably cools the entire ground floor.

Middle floor:
There is a laundry room in the cemetery.

First floor:
The upper floor consists of a hallway and two air-conditioned bedrooms.

Outdoor:
On the house of 800 m2 there is a parking space for 2 vehicles, a garage for one vehicle and access to the property.
In front of the building there is a Mediterranean garden, a covered terrace of 37 m2, a terrace of 9 m2 by the pool, a barbecue area and a pool of 27 m2. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers.
