Just 5 minutes from the city center and the blue sea of ​​the Kvarner Bay, and yet quiet, surrounded by greenery, is this dream vacation home, which received 5 stars.

In June 2019, this beautiful holiday home was completed and put into first lease. Everything in this building is brand new.

The house consists of a ground floor, first floor and carefully planned outdoor space that leaves nothing to be desired.

Ground floor:
The ground floor with access to the pool and terrace offers a bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, living / dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to a covered terrace. From the kitchen you have the opportunity to go to another terrace located next to the house.

1st floor:
An internal staircase that starts at the entrance to the ground floor and ends with a hallway on the first floor leads to three additional stylish rooms, each with its own bathroom.

Three of the four bedrooms in the house overlook the pool.

Outdoor area:
There are two terraces for sitting, a parking space of 100 m2 for up to 4 vehicles, a garden of 200 m2 and a beautiful swimming pool of 100 m2 with a swimming pool of 24 m2.

The covered terrace by the pool is 12 m2 and the side terrace is 22 m2. The side terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people, barbecue and a small sink.
Next to the pool there are 8 deck chairs and a large parasol.

This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic setting and is therefore not suitable for a party vacation.

Due to the longer cleaning time of this large property, check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 16:00. Check-out is until 10:00 in the morning.
