2017. newly furnished holiday house with a pleasant atmosphere in the old town of Crikvenica.

The house is ideal for families with 2 children because it is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

The entrance is on the 1st floor where there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen opens onto a terrace with chairs where you can spend pleasant evenings.

Internal stairs lead to the lower floor where there is a bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa bed.

In addition, the cozy holiday home offers internet, barbecue and air conditioning.
The parking lot is privately owned and is 50 m away from the house. It is also possible to insure the car in the garage. The garage is located in Grižan and is 5 km away.
