On the property there is a 28 m² large, heated swimming pool available. The large furnished terrace with barbecue and loungers by the pool invite you to linger.

The 250 m² living space of the villa is spread over 4 floors: (EC is like a separate apartment-access to the 1st floor via external staircase.)

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms await you on the first floor. The approximately 24 m² balcony is equipped with table and chairs. A Badeizmmer has a separate shower.

2nd Floor
On the 2nd floor there is a large, air-conditioned living room with a dining table and a large, fully equipped kitchen. This floor also offers a nice balcony in the outside area which has a sea view.

3rd floor (DG)
An internal staircase leads from the 2nd floor to the gallery of the 3rd floor where you can expect a gym and a billiard table.

The cottage has many extras such as gym, pool table, outdoor shower, heated pool , 5 air condition...

If you like long romantic walks, then the love trail which starts in the neighborhood of this house is the perfect place for you. Described by many as the most attractive hiking trail in the Crikvenica area, the Love Trail soon became a favorite spot for many couples in love and hikers.
