This nice holiday home for 4-6 people is located in a quiet little suburb of Crikvenica, in an idyllic environment.

The cottage is surrounded by greenery, so it is ideal for families with children. The garden is about 1000 m², in which fruit trees such as plums and apples grow, which you can pick freely.

The 20 m² heated swimming pool with its sun loungers offers you an ideal place to enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the surrounding nature. You can spend the hours together on the furnished terrace. This holiday accommodation is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Cyclists are in the right place here, as there are cycle paths right around the house.

The interior is spread over two floors.

The ground floor:
On the ground floor is the cozy living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people. The well equipped kitchen is in the same room. Here is a bathroom before you get to the upper floor via the internal staircase.

The 1st floor:
On the upper floor are 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has two single beds that are joined together. The other bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms share a small, furnished balcony.

In addition, the house has air conditioning, fireplace, internet, satellite TV, washing machine and parking space on the private property.
