Nice, cosy 3-storey house in the centre of Podgora, in a sunny position, on the seaside promenade, facing south. Private garden with barbecue. Car access to the house. Free parking for 2 cars near by. Close to shops, restaurants, cafés; pebble beach at 150 m. The street in front of the house in summer months is for limited traffic only.
Interior

Fully equipped kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms (a total of 8+1 beds), 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath tub) plus additional WC. The two south-facing bedrooms have balconies and the living room opens to a large terrace facing south with a beautiful sea view. The house is fully air-conditioned. There is satellite TV in the living room

"Zacznę od tego, że nie ma się do czego przyczepić :) Byliśmy ze znajomymi w dwie rodziny ( 8 osób ) Każda rodzina miała swoje piętro, swoje łazienki ale wspolny taras co było super kiedy dzieci poszły spac można było posiedzieć i odpocząć :-D widok super ! Rano cień można było zjeść śniadanie a wieczorkiem w ciepełku posiedzieć i popatrzeć na piękne widoki. Miejsce super bo nad samym morzem ale nie w ścisłym centrum czyli bez dużego hałasu. Miejsce super i właścicielka tez :) sympatyczna, nawet kostki lodu na cały wyjazd nam przyszykowała. Kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona. Naprawdę wszystko było super i juz tęsknię za tym miejscem :( Dziękujemy!"
