"Zárt parkoló? a kapu bezárt állapotban is kinyitható, beállni nem mertünk a két vékony lemez akna tető miatt. Kerékpártároló hátul nyitott fészerben, ha kipakolunk elötte. Tárcsázás, beleégett elszenesedett ételmaradékkal. Kerthelység, fűnek nyoma sincs kiszáradt virágok és főként gaz. Ágynemű nem volt áthúzva, asztalok ragadtak. Fürdőben pisi szag, zuhanyzóban penész. Az általunk vásárolt tisztítószerrel takarítottunk ki! Felháborító az egész. A tulajdonos sűrű elnézés kérése helyett tettekel kellene megoldani a problémákat."
