The apartments are available at three o'clock in the afternoon on the day of arrival, and check-out is possible no later than eleven o'clock in the morning on the day of departure. Early arrival, i.e. before three o'clock in the afternoon, and late check-out after eleven o'clock, subject to availability, are provided and can be used for an additional fee. Please contact us if you require this.
Transfer service
We are happy to assist you with hotel transfers or any other arrangements. Please contact the receptionist.
Parking
Please send the registration number of your vehicle to our reception before your arrival. As soon as this is entered into our system, the barrier at the entrance to the underground garage in the building will open automatically for you. If the barrier does not open automatically, please use the black bell. Once inside, follow the Premier Hotel signs to the designated parking space. Parking for guests is provided subject to availability. We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests that entering the underground garage is only possible for vehicles NOT exceeding TWO METERS in height!

Before arrival, please send the guest's name, date of birth, passport or identity card number and the guest's room assignment!
Our services in the hotel
Breakfast
We serve a continental or traditional buffet breakfast between seven and ten in the morning at the Premier Hotel Miskolc.
This service can be used for our apartment guests at a price of HUF 3,000 per person.
Reception Bar
The elegant lobby bar offers non-alcoholic drinks, quality spirits and a comfortable atmosphere for meetings, conversations and relaxation.
Premier Hotel Miskolc Café
Open space continuing in the Lobby bar area. Glass walls and living plants evoke the feeling of being outdoors during breakfast or lunch. Outdoor dining is also available in summer.
HOUSE RULE
In accordance with the regulations of the government decree, the Accommodation Provider provides information that the accommodation can only accept guests who have arrived for private, business or educational purposes, and the ID cards of all guests staying at the accommodation will be officially scanned. We are unable to accommodate guests who are not registered upon arrival at the accommodation. The guest is NOT allowed to rent out the apartment for the purpose of making a profit, or to use it to receive guests.
If the guest violates the provisions of the declaration, the hotel staff has the right to terminate the contract related to the accommodation reservation immediately.
Complaint
We would like to inform our Dear Guests that, due to a series of abuses, we are unable to accept complaints after leaving the Reception desk! Thank you for your understanding!
