"Az apartman tágas, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt"
"Becsekkolásnál szinte egy egész napra elvette az Úr a személyigazolványunkat, ami egy igazoltatásnál kellemetlen helyzeteket szülhetett volna. A konyha hiába volt felszerelt, de használat előtt el kellett mosni mindent, mert ragadtak az evőeszközök és ételmaradékos volt néhány tányér. Éppen csomagoltunk, mikor 9:30-kor kopogott, hogy elaludtunk-e, mert 10ig el kell hagyni a szállást… Ami viszont maximálisan kiverte a biztosítékot az a kicsekkolásnál történt, vagyis az idős Úr rosszhiszeműsége. Sietni szerettünk volna, hiszen ment a vonatunk, de megállított minket, mert szeretné megnézni a szobát mielőtt elmegyünk. Kissé már idegesen ugyan, de megvártuk, de ez még mindig nem volt elég, mert nem találta meg a távirányítót, így meg kellett várnunk míg másodjára is szétnéz. Felháborító a feltételezés, hogy elloptunk volna egy távirányítót. Természetesen másodjára előkerült a távirányító, a szobában volt mindvégig…. Majd végül búcsúzóul szemrehányást kaptunk amiatt, hogy nem vittük le a szemetet a kukából. Sok szálláson jártunk már, de ilyen feltételezésben és szemrehányásban nem volt részünk. Idős kor ide vagy oda, úgy gondolom, hogy a tisztelet megadása magán apartman üzemeltetőjeként minden vendég számára meg kéne adni. Javaslom a Tulajdonosnak egy takarító személyzet alkalmazását, és a fent említett problémák egy része elkerülhető lett volna."
