"A víz finom, a vizes rendszerek jól kiépítettek a házban, klassz, hogy van légkondi, fűtőtest, bográcsozó és grillsütő. Az udvar tágas, a ház szép. Az állatok közelsége különleges, a természet és a falu gyönyörű."

"A feljáró szűkös, sérüléseket is okoz. Az emeleti szobák közti ajtó és az ablakok sötétítése nagyon hiányzott. Sok technikai eszköz, szolgáltatás hiányzik (pl. wifi, hajszárító, konyhai eszközök, balta) vagy gyengén működik (pl. tv, mikró). A szeméttárolás gond, nincs kuka, a vadak széttépik, széthordják a zsákokat. Az autóbeállás nehézkes."
