Located in the city center, in the historic Old Town, the apartment is a perfect choice for those who come to work and also for those who come to the city for leisure and want to dive into the middle of a bustling life and get to know other guests. The pedestrian street, theater, restaurants, entertainment venues are all within easy reach.

The apartment has 3 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, which was designed in 2017 based on thoughtful plans. In every room we have tried to serve the comfort of the Guest. The apartment is fully equipped, each room can be locked with a different key, free Wi-Fi is available.

Our Malasits Art Home I and II - private room in the center room has a shared bathroom and kitchen.
Our Malasits Art Home III - private room with bathroom has a private bathroom located outside the room.

"A szálláshely jó! Szép. Kedves a személyzet. Segítőkészek voltak telefonban nagyon. VISZONT, sajnos a pihenés nem jött össze nekünk, mert pont egy kocsma fölött van a lakás. Így hajnali kettőig 10percenként kellett az ablakon kihajolva kérni a 10-15 fős aktuális társaságot, hogy ne üvöltsenek, mert minden behallatszik a lakásba. Sajnos ez kicsit elvett a lakás és személyzet 10pontjából."
