ROOM RESERVATION
In order to make your room reservation you have to submit an oral or a written request, and you will get the written confirmation of our hotel.
The air conditioning in the hotel rooms and apartments is paid for, at an additional cost: 2000 HUF / day

ADVANCE PAYMENT
In order to complete reservation your advance payment should be transferred to the account of the hotel by Western Union money transfer system. We send all the needed information after your booking. We can guarantee your reservation as soon as we get the transfer until the given deadline.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
Check-in time on the day of arrival is from 2 p.m., check –out time on the day of departure is till 10 a.m. Late check-out (between 10 a.m. – 18 p.m.) or early check-in (before 10 a.m.) is up to the occupancy of the hotel, its charge is 4000 HUF/room.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cash (HUF) or bankcard.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to the date of arrival is free of charge. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a one (1) night charge.

PARKING
Guests can use free the outdoor parkinglot behind of the hotel.

PETS
Pets are welcome (prior consultation is needed) in the hotel. The pet surcharge is 2500 HUF/pet/night. Please leave your pet outside the restaurant.

WELLNESS:
In our Hotel there is a wellness area, which have a jacuzzi for 4-5 person, finnsauna for 6 person , 2 infrasaunas for 2-2 person.
Finnsauna, infrasauna: 1000 HUF/person/half hour
Jacuzzi: 1500 HUF/person/half hour
If you want a whole-day lease, you can use jacuzzi , saunas for 3000 HUF/person.
- Before usage please occupy appointment for it because, saunas need 45 minute and jacuzzi need 3 hours to warm completly.

You can claim massage at recepcion table and make an appointment!
