"Nem volt ön veranda a 2 szibànknak amit ki bèreltünk ès idegenekkel voltbeosztva. Le kapcsolta a tulajdonos a lègkondicionàlòt amikor ki nyitottam a veranda ajttòt hogy ki trrítsem a ruhàkat. 2 szobàt kibèreltünkn 3 felnötnek ès a fürdöszobat hasznàlni àt kell menni az egyik hàlòszobàn."

Sajnálom! Szertnék valaszolni minden ésrevételére,hogy mindenki aki elolvassa meggyözödjön az ön aljas hazugságaira.
ÖN NEM 2 SZOBÁT bérelt hanem csak 1 szobát,a családi szobát.A ,,veranda" valójában a két előtér vagy előszoba a vendégek közösen használják.A légkondicíonálot nem az utca hűttésére használják,hanem a szoba hűttésére.Az energia számlát nem a vendég sem az önkormányzat nem fizeti. A vendégház minden szobája légkondival van felszerelve.a családi szoba mindkét hálótere rendelkezik légkondival (1 db.3,5 KW és1 db.2,5 KW).Minden szoba monitorizálva van, ha a légkondik működnek és az ajtok, ablakok nyítva vannak a rendszer érzékeli és automatikusan leáll.
Ön és a csalája, férje és nővére a konyhába tartozkodtak már több ideje, a sobaajto és az erkélyajto nyitva-tárva és 6 KW légkondi nem gyözte hűtteni a Nagy Imre utcát.
A TÖRTÉNTEKRŐL FÉNYKÉP KÉSZŰLT a nyított erkélyajto a nyított szoba ajto és a monitor kijezőjéről
