"Staff was helpful and very nice, hotel was clean and safe"
"Coffee at breakfast should be a basic, but they charge extra for it. Also they could not offer breakfast for allergic people. Our room was supposed to be one with a terrace (said so on the site when choosing a room and that is why we took that one and paid a little extra), but the reality was that there was just a passage to the PUBLIC front terrace of the hotel, and not even from our room but through the common space. That was disappointing."

Thank you for your opinion. Our rooms have NOT got terrace. It is never mentioned anywhere, we never had rooms with terrace, so you did NOT pay extra for it.
Thank you for finding the house clean. By the way, the whole house is non-smoking, but you did not take that into consideration and you smoked in he room. When a guesthouse is clean, it is depends on the staff and the guests too.
As a small guesthouse (NOT a hotel-category) we are not able to serve all allergic problems, as we informed you in advance in our confirmation just to make you prepared.
