Maya Apartman Sárvár

The Maya Apartman is a four-apartment house, in the neighborhood of the Spa and Wellness Bath, in a quiet street.

The apartments have a separate double bedroom with a desk and TV, a sofa bed in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
 
They have an area of ​​40 m2, so it can accommodate families or up to 4 adults.

Air conditioning and wireless internet are available free of charge.

There is also a closed car park and a small garden area.

Check-in takes place at the Éva Panzió (at Rákóczi Ferenc street 63) at a pre-arranged time interval.
Payment upon arrival is possible by cash (HUF or EUR).

AIR CONDITIONING
All apartments have air conditioning, which can be used during the summer (from June to the end of September). If the windows are open, the AC turns automatically off.

ATM
The nearest ATM terminal is on the corner of the Hotel Harmónia and at the entrance of the Spa.

CHECK-IN
On the day of arrival, the check-in is possible between 3 pm and 6 pm, an appointment must be made in advance. Check-in and key pick-up is at the Éva Panzió. Early check-in is subject to availability.

CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10:30h. Upon check-out, the key card(s) and the gate remote control will be handed in at Éva Panzió. In case of possible loss or damage of the cards, the guests are obliged to report it immediately and reimburse the price of HUF 3,500. In case of leaving or damaging the remote control, a refund of HUF 5,000 is required. Please take care of order and cleanliness, do not leave unwashed dishes and rubbish in the apartment when leaving, and please leave the door and windows closed.

CLEANING
The apartment will be handed over clean and disinfected. The accommodation fee includes utilities and other overheads, bed linen with towels, final cleaning, weekly linen and towel change and weekly cleaning for stays longer than a week. Towels and bath towels are only allowed to use inside the apartment.

COT, BABY BATH, HIGH CHAIR
The number of cots, baby baths and high chairs is limited and can be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Baby cot is 1000 HUF / night, baby cot and high chair are free of charge.

DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN
One of two or more children under 3 years is free of charge among the parents. If you require bed linen and towels for a small child, it has a charge of HUF 1,000 per night.

EMERGENCY
In case of medical or other emergency, please call 112.

EQUIPMENT
We charge a surcharge of HUF 20,000 for the extra cleaning resulting from the improper use of the tools and equipment. It is forbidden to take the equipments out of the house. Please do not put metal into the microwave oven!
If you have any problems with the apartment during your stay, please inform the owner immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints.

FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY EXIT
For your own safety, please refer to fire alarm locations, escape routes, and fire safety guidelines. This information can be found on the back of each apartment door.
Fire protection rules:
It is forbidden to engage in any activity in the apartments that is flammable or explosive.
In addition to the available electrical appliances, the operation of equipment suitable for heating or cooking is not permitted.
Further use of defective electrical equipment is dangerous, so please inform the hotelier.
In case of fire, you will find a fire extinguisher in the stairwell, call the firefighters at 105 and then the hotelier! Leave the building according to the escape route.

FIRST AID
In case of emergency, call 112.

HEATING
The heating (during the heating period) can be controlled arbitrarily with the thermostat.

INTERNET
Free wireless internet is available for our guests.

IRON, IRON BOARD
An iron and ironing board are available on request.

LOST AND FOUND
We do not take responsibility for the values and thing ​​left in the apartments, we are not able to keep the forgotten items.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
The apartment can only be used with a pre-arranged number of people. The accommodation provider is entitled to check - without prior notice - whether the guests stay in the accommodation in the declared or paid number.

PARKING
The apartment house has a camera-monitored parking lot. One car can be parked per apartment. A total of 4 vehicles need to fit in, please park accordingly! Take care of the safety of your own and others' vehicles. The gate can be opened with the available remote control. Please allow the gate to open completely. It closes automatically within 2 minutes.

PAYMENT
It happens at check-in; possible with cash (HUF or EUR) or bank transfer (HUF). In case of earlier (before the agreed day) we are unable to refund the accommodation fee.

PENSION EVA (ÉVA PANZIÓ SÁRVÁR)
If you like breakfast and the family atmosphere, our Pension can be a great choice.

PETS
Pets are not allowed.

PHARMACY
Nearest pharmacies: PatikaPlus Pharmacy in Tesco, Rákóczi u. 83. (Open: Mon-Sat: 8-20h, Sun: 8-18h) or BENU Pharmacy, Alkotmány u. 4. (Open: Mon-Fri: 8-17h, Sat: 8-12h, Sun: closed).

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the common areas of the house, inside the apartments. It is allowed 5 meters from the entrance or in a designated place in the courtyard, in the pavilion. In case of smoking inside the building, we will charge a surcharge of HUF 20.000 for extra cleaning.

VISITORS
Our guests can receive visitors between 9 am and 9 pm, after prior consultation with the hotelier.

WASTE COLLECTION
We collect waste selectively, so we ask you to collect municipal waste in the rubbish bin in the kitchen, while metal, paper and plastic waste and bottles must be collected separately. If the kitchen bin is full, please place the full bag in the appropriate bin next to the gate. A spare garbage bag is located under the sink. Please do not leave your rubbish in the apartment, take it into the appropriate bin at the gate on your day of leaving.
