As of 15.05.2013, a brand-new renovated 4x4-person Apartment 180 meters from Lake Balaton in a quiet, peaceful green area.
In a very quiet green environment close to the Szántód ferry - in the Mediteran Medencés Apartmanház, close to the corner of Rege and Rigó streets, 4 apartments of the same size and equipment are for rent for 4-4-4-4 people! Thus, it is suitable for up to 16 people in total. The shores of Lake Balaton are only 180 meters away, where there is a free free beach with a children's playground and sports facilities.

Pool in the yard 7 m.long 3 m. 1.2 m wide. Indoor pool temperature: 32-34 degrees

Parking for 1 car per apartment in the yard!

Pets are not allowed!

Property area monitored by camera!

Reservations are validated by transferring 30 percent of the total amount of the booked period to the deposit!

Cancellation: If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, we will not be able to refund the reservation!

Payment of the reservation, if it is made by credit card transfer, in case of possible cancellation we will not be able to return the reservation!

For bookings of 1 night, full transfer is required!

The Apartments do not include any services!

Bed linen and covers, towels, no need to bring! Upon arrival, our guests receive 1 pack of toilet paper, hand wash, hand towels, kitchen sink liquid.

Unfortunately, we cannot receive guests for large groups of friends, events, bachelorette parties, bachelorette parties, birthdays, team building!
Self-employed young people / max 4 people / 1 apartment can be booked!

Use of the pool is possible between 9 am and 7 pm! We ask our guests to adhere to this date! Automatic
for chemical cleaning and disinfection!

On the property, firing, bacon frying, setting up a tent is forbidden!

For each Apartment, our guests receive 2 sunbeds, 1 parasol and 1 small table!

Holiday check and Széchenyi Card, and bank card / Mastro, Maestro / acceptance point!

Payment on arrival on site, Apartment can only be booked after full payment and payment of a deposit!

If the guest leaves the accommodation for any reason before the booked period, they cannot claim a refund!

When occupying the accommodation, we ask for a deposit of HUF 30,000 per apartment, which will be fully refunded at the end of the holiday without any damage. The damage value is determined by the owner!

During special events, Balaton Sound, Strand Festival, etc. a payment of HUF 100,000 is required!

Only registered guests can stay in the apartment or on the property.

In case of a serious violation of the house policy / due to the presence of persons on duty / termination of the immediate contract, he is obliged to leave the apartment, he cannot claim a refund!

It can be an ideal accommodation for any family or group of friends who want to relax in a cultured environment!

Arrival of guests after 2 pm until 9 pm! Departure before 10 o'clock!

Departures after 10 am will be subject to a surcharge determined by the owner!

We would like to invite our future guests that in case of arrival before 2 pm it is not possible to pack them in the Apartments, in the refrigerator!
