Description of the accommodation:

We warmly welcome our guests in the center of Budapest, for some minutes from the House of Parliament, in our brand new miniapartman. You can easily reach many of the most important attractions of this beautiful city, such as Buda Castle, the Opera House, Margaret Island and many thermal bathes. And also you can easily find many restaurants and possibilities to do sports in the surroundings.
In the intimate and sunny apartman there is a small living area ( with sofa, table and wardrobe ), a sleeping gallery ( height 160 cm ), a teakitchen ( sink, hotplate, kettle ) and a bathroom ( wc, lavatory, douche ).
Free wifi and more then 40 tv channels in different languages like English, French and German serve the entertainment of our guests.
The apartman is on the second floor without elevator but we can help you to carry up your luggages if it is necessary.
Payment in cash only upon arrival ( HUF, EUR ).
For the safety of our guests, we placed a camera at the entrance. Only registered guests can stay at the property.

"Tisztaság. Volt ágy lepedő-/az álságos-takarékos új trend ,hogy csak matracvédő van ált./ Fürdőszoba remek. Utca-zajtól független,központi."
"A helységnek közös bejárata van egy másik apartmannal. A szombati napot szántam hosszabb "lazsára".Ahogy lenni szokott egy szomszéd akkor reggel kezdett el kalapálni.Erről nem tehet a szállás.Midőn elmúlt ez, a szomszéd apartman lakói kb 7-8 alaklommal ki-be, délelőtti programként. .Ez 2 ajtó nyitását-kulcsolását + a hangoskodást jelenti a mini közös folyosón-mintha a szobában történne.Valahogy ezáltal oda a "privát érzet" Ágy: Régi típusú kényelmetlen, szivacsos deszkaágy .Ez tudott dolog lehet ,mivel kapott egy másik fedőszivacsot ,ami által csak süppedősebb lett. Igen,láttam ,hogy ezt valaki még kényelmesnek is értékelte. A megoldás talán egy korszerű, normális fedőmatrac lenne . TV úgy van fixre pozícionálva ,hogy csak az oldalt lévő mini-kanapéról emelt fejjel,kifacsart nyakkal lehet nézni-vagy kihagyni. Konyhában a mosogatóban nem fér el egy tányér,edényszárító nincs, Természetesen ezek talán 1 napos foglalás esetén nem tűnnének fel ,de így igen."

Kedves Uram, köszönjük az értékelést. Sajnáljuk, ha a szomszéd apartmanban lévők járkaltak, de biztos nem 7-8 alkalommal, mivel alig tartózkodtak a szálláson, egész nap távol voltak. A konyha a megjelölés szerint is kávékonyha! Mikor jelezte, hogy főzni szeretne, én előre tájékoztattam önt, hogy nem alkalmas nagyobb főzésre, de azért a mosogatóban elfér a tányér, sőt a serpenyő és a lábas is. Az ágyat nagyon sok vendégünk matrac nélkül is kényelmesnek találta, de valakinek túl kemény volt, ezért vettünk rá DORMEO fedőmatracot, ami azt gondolom, hogy egy jó minőséget képvisel. Sajnáljuk, hogy nem érezte magát jól nálunk, mi igyekszünk vendégeinknek a lehető legtöbbet nyújtani az adott helyen. Javaslom, hogy legközelebb a képek és a leírás gondosabb tanulmányozása után az igényeinek jobban megfelelő szállást válasszon.
