"Kényelmes, csendes szép ház, tágas udvar. Jó hatásfokú légkondival az egész ház gyorsan lehűthető, ami 36 fokban igen kellemes. Külön kiemelném, mint jó pont, a tágas zuhanyzót, a szúnyoghálókat és a fagyasztós nagy hűtőt. Ezek nem nagy dolgok, de a kényelmet erőteljesen befolyásolják. Teljesen elégedettek vagyunk, bármikor visszamennénk."
