"Nem kell légkondicionáló -mondjuk nincs is az apartmanban - nyáron kellemesen hűvös. A parkolás az udvarban ingyenes."

"Elhanyagolt, törött lámpa, kiégett villanykörte, nincs matracvédő, a legsilányabb minőségű ágyneműhuzat, foltos törölköző. Nincs zuhanyfülke, zuhanyfüggöny, minden fürdés után fel kellett mosni, egy alapos nagytakarítás is ráférne, nagyon koszos volt a padló. A konyhában a vízforralóban centi vastag vízkő, szétázott bútor, koszos tányérok a szekrényben. A wcben nincs wcpapír tartó, egyik vizes helyiségben sem volt szappan. Mindent összevetve erősen túlárazott a valaha jobb napokat látott szállás."

"A fürdő szobában nem működött a radiátor. A bejárati ajtó nagyon nehezen nyitható csukható. A hálószoba ablakon nincs sötétítő függöny. Simán belátnak. A nagy borokát függönyök (ahol van) el takarják a radiátorokat, ami miatt a meleg nem jut be a szobába. A kávé főzőbe bele volt penészedve az előző adag zacc. Pókháló volt a konyhában kb kéz magasságban."
