"Településközponti utcában lévő, de telken belüli elhelyezkedése miatt nagyon csendes, öreg parasztház, a legnagyobb hőségben is kellemes benti klímával, nagy kerttel, árnyékos kiülővel. Pár perc sétával játszótér, étterem, kilátó, kisbolt, stb., ill. a strand is megközelíthető, autózni sem kellett 20 percnél többet a nyaralásra "betervezett" környékbeli látnivalók, ill. egyéb szükségletek (szupermarket) eléréséhez."
