The pension is prepared to host pets, providing the opportunity of a comfortable stay for both you and your four-legged friend. The pet may be taken with you for an additional fee. If neccessary, you may park your car at the parking place of the pension for free. Thanks to air-conditioning in all rooms, you can rest assured that you will be arriving home to a cool and pleasant room even after an exhaustive and long day. At the pension you may go online via wireless Internet connection (WiFi). A separate bathroom and toilet are available to all rooms. "Átutazóban voltunk, estére érkeztünk. Kiégett, unott, flegma recepciós hölgy fogadott. Ugyan akadt némi nézeteltérésünk a fizetés módját illetően, amivel még nem is lett volna akkora gond, ha azt normális, kedves módon adja a tudtomra. Kioktató, türelmetlen, lenéző stílusban beszélt velünk. Amikor ugyan ezt kapta vissza, kinevetett és hátat is fordított a mondandóm kellős közepén.... A szobánkban kifejezetten hideg volt, jó lett volna ha minimálisan bekapcsolják a fűtést ha tudják, hogy abba a szobába jönni fognak. A bútor elemek nem voltak egymáshoz rögzítve, a szekrény balesetveszélyesen imbolygott. Csak langyos víz volt, sem normális meleg, sem normális hideg, így az ivás/fürdés komfortalan volt. Használhatatlanul lapos párnák, mindegy lett volna nem is tesz ki, gipszkarton falak, a folyosóról minden szó behallatszott, A felfelé vezető lépcsőről már nem is beszélve... Nyílván, ennyi pénzért az ember nem számít full-extrára, de két kedves szó, barátságos hangnem igazán nem kerül semmibe és akkor még a "kevésbé szimpatikus" vendégek is tudnak jó szívvel távozni-(még a hiányosságok ellenére is)- és nem gondolják úgy, inkább a kocsiban aludtak volna.... Olvasva az értékeléseket nem vagyok egyedül ezzel a véleménnyel, sosem fogom megérteni, hogy amikor ekkora a verseny a szállások terén, vendéglátóként hogy engedheti meg magának, hogy így viselkedjen.....de ez már legyen az ő baja... Összességében fapad, soha senkinek nem ajánlom!"

Kedves Alíz! Nagyon köszönjük, hogy nem volt elégedett, és legközelebb másik szálláshelyet választ magának. Sajnos a család akivel érkeztek nagyon szégyelte magát az ön viselkedése, és tudatlansága végett, nem győzetk elnézést kérni! Szóval kezdjük a legelején. Későn érkeztek, de mi szó nélkül megvártuk önöket. A fizetésnél egy ismeretlen, nem a helyszínen tartózkodó személy nevére szóló SZÉP kártyával szeretett volna fizetni de azt mi nem fogadhattuk el, csak ha itt a tulajdonosa. Na innentől kezdve minden rossz volt önnek. Mi felajánlottuk, hogy visszaadjuk még azt a pénzt is, amit a szállás.hu-nak utalt de nem fogadta el. Csak azert nem tagadtuk meg a szállas lehetőségét a viselkedése miatt, mert egy kislánnyal nem akartuk elzavarni! A szobákban klíma füt, mindíg 20-fokon megy , ha jön bele vendég úgy állítja ahogy akarja, 20 m2-es szobát egy 3.5 kw-os klíma kb 3 perc alatt fűt be! Párna kettő db volt fejenként, de ha elolvasta volna a házirendet kérhetett volna plusz takarót és párnát is! A bútorokkal csak önnek volt baja eddig, nem is értem, késő este érkezett és reggel korán távoztak, mi lehetett az az óriasi probléma ami a kb 8 óra szobában tartozkodás alatt a szekrényeket illette meg? Összegezve az ön viselkedése és tudatlansága kritikán aluli volt! Sajnálom a társaikat, szégyelték magukat ön helyett! Amúgy igen, mi vagyunk a tulajdonosok, és megendedjük magunknak, hogy az ilyen tisztességtelen alpari, lekezelő viselkedést visszautasítsuk! Kérném legközelebb ne minket válasszon! Van nekünk pont elegendő elégedett, aranyos, tisztelettudó vendégünk! Üdvözlettel a Tulajdonosok.
