The building has 4 terraces or balconies. The two-floor and two ground-floor apartments each have an extra bed, giving 4 persons a pleasant rest.

Well-equipped kitchen, TV and well-designed bathroom serve the comfort of our guests.
In the enclosed courtyard there is a possibility of cooking in a covered cooking area. The property has its own beach, beach and parking.

In the vicinity of the apartment, there are many recreations to choose from here. Among other things, there is kayak canoe, pedal boats, cruises, and fishing opportunities for our guests. Due to the proximity of the city center, city events, programs, and catering and entertainment venues are also easily accessible.
