"A tulajdonos ránk verte az előző vendégek által okozott károkat, úgy, hogy már eljöttünk a szálláshelyről. Érdemes átvételkor és átadáskor megnézni alaposan a bútorokat, lefotózni őket."

Tisztelt Poprádi Janka Kinga!
Fennállásunk óta kétszer fordult elő, hogy kártérítést kértünk a vendégtől, mindkét esetben hiperaktív gyerek okozta a kárt, minimális szülői felügyelet miatt.
Kisebb károkat sosem fizettetünk ki a vendégekkel (pohár,tányér törést) viszont az Önök esetében a kár értéke jelentősen meghaladta a foglalásuk értékét.
E mellett már nem mehettünk el szó nélkül, mivel a tulajdonosnak nem áll módjában értékelni a vendéget.
Köszönjük a "BOSSZÚ" leértékelést!
