"A környék gyönyörű, és könnyen megközelíthető Villach, de ez nem a szálláshely érdeme, hanem a lokációé.."
"Rengeteg Gyakorlatilag semmi sem stimmelt abból, amit a Grandtours email-ként kiküldött. Telefonon is többször kerestek már az utalások során is szétszórtak voltak, Voucher számról is engem kérdezgettek telefonon…… A kaucióval kapcsolatban az egész egy félrevezetés, ezt felháborítónak találtam. Alapból rákérdeztem, forintban fizessünk e. Megerősítették, hogy igen. Ott helyben Eurot kértek, átszámítva nyilván sokkal drágábbra jött ki. Spa/ wellness lehetőségről is kérdeztem előre a telefonban KÉTSZER is a Grandtours dolgozóit. Azt mondták az ár tartalmazza, ott persze ilyenről szó sem volt helyben. A Hotellal semmi bajunk nem lett volna ha az elején nem vezet félre a Grandtours írásban és szóban is. Több magyar ismeretlen is panaszkodott ezekről a szálláshelyen."

"Nagyobb családdal voltunk. Nekünk teljesen megfelelt minden, a szállás , a félpanzió finom és elégséges volt bőven, a személyzet kedves udvarias. Volt közösségi terünk a 8 fős apartmanban az nagyon jó volt."
