"Nagyon tetszett, egy mesefalu. Sok néznivaló van a falun belül is. Tele van szobrokkal, emlékhelyekkel, kopjafákkal. A környezet nagyon ápolt, gondozott. A növények előtt kis táblák a nevükkel. Látszik, hogy az egész külső-belső tervezésre, kivitelezésre nagy gondot fordítottak. Egyszer ezt látni kell."

"Legnagyobb problémánk a penészes és koszos hűtő volt, nem is tettünk bele semmit. A konyha felszereltsége nagyon szegényes, csak 2 tányér, 2-2 kanál, villa, kés, egyébként üresek a szekrények. Se mosogató, se konyharuha. A kis konyhapulton egy hosszabbító tekereg, ott lehet tölteni telefont, órát. A fürdőben a szappantartóban az előző vendég által használt szappan állt a vízben. A tusoló gégecsövéről 1/3 részben hiányzott a fém rész. A fürdőszobai szekrény felső részén hiányzott az üveg a 2 égő elöl. A 2. nap este kb 9 órakor elment a mi lakrészünkben az áram. Nagy szerencsénkre a szomszéd tudta, hogy kit kell hívni, aki hamar meg is érkezett és visszakapcsolta. De ezek után sem volt a konyhai hosszabbítóban és az ágyak feletti lámpákban sem áram. Az étteremben nagyon kicsi a választék. Gyakorlatilag natúr és rántott csirke, pörkölt és bakonyi szelet galuskával, zömében mirelit alapanyagból. A rántott csirkemell 4 db rántott csíkból (nyesedékből?) állt."

"A személyzet legalább részben próbálta megoldani a problémákat"

"- a konyha rossz felszereltsége: régi a mosogatószivacs, mosogatószer hiánya, a konyhában 2 poháron, két lapos és mélytányéron, két kés-kanál-villa készleten kívül semmi nincs (ami egy apartmanházban elvárható lenne: vízforraló, bögrék, edények, egyéb evőeszközök, főzőlap) - a hűtő ajtaja törött (ezt cserélték) - az ablakot nem lehet bezárni (emiatt átköltözhettünk egy másik házba) - a bojler csöpög (emiatt már nem is reklamáltunk) - tüzelő (fahasábok) amit adtak nem volt kiszárítva, gyújtósnak való aprófa nincs, eszköz az aprításra nincs - wellness részleg nem működik (hosszabb ideje, mégis ezzel hirdeti magát a szálláshely) - TV nem működik - Wifi nincs - a teraszon található bútor korhadt, használhatatlan Az éttermi kínálat gyenge, és erősen túlárazott. A fenti hibák miatt elvárható lenne egy állandó recepciós/karbantartói ügyelet."
