Description of the accommodation:

Old cosy house, "OLD-LAK" for rent in Balatonszéplak-Felső district of SIÓFOK. The house has a beautiful location, only 5 minutes walk from Lake Balaton and Silver Yacht Club! There are a lot of restaurants, grocery shops nearby, all within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Good news for the children, that on the beach there are free playgrounds and football pitches.

It is a detached house on 500 m2 plot:

- 3 rooms (one room with 2 beds, 1 room with double bed, 1 room, air-conditioned with sofa for two persons and one bed)
- 1 WC
- 2 terraces
- Kitchen (gas stove, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge)
- Bathroom (shower and bathtub) IMPORTANT! The kitchen and the bathroom are in the house, but have a separate entrance!
