Our house in the Matra, in Parádsasvár is waiting for our guests all year. There are 2 apartments in the house, one of them is a little bigger, 80 sm, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The smaller is 60 sm, with 1 bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. We also have a big garden, and the forest is behind the house.

"Kellemesen csalódtam a szálláshelyben, érkezéskor nagy tisztaság fogadott, a szobák tágasak voltak, a fűtés is teljesen rendben volt. Tetszett, hogy közel van az erdő. A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, minden felmerülő kérdésre gyorsan választ kaptam. Másnak is ajánlani fogom a helyet."

"A szobák tagasak voltak, a fűtés rendben volt."
"A konyha kicsi, rosszul felszerelt, az eszközök kopottak. Ráférne egy alapos felújítás, a konnektor lógott, a zuhanyrozsa vizkoves, a szellőző poros, koszos. Az udvar rendezetlen, a melléképületek veszélyesek."

Itt szeretném felhívni a kedves vendégek figyelmét arra, hogy a vendégház konyhája a normális igénybevételre berendezett. Nem sorolom ide azt, amikor eljön valaki 2 napra a Mátrába és hoz 4 kakast levágni és feldolgozni.

"A szobában az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen kb 100 éves rugós matrac amelynek a szaga is nehezen viselhető.A dohos szekrények amelyek az ágy mellet találhatók elviselhetetlen szagot árasztanak.A zuhanyzóból kifolyik a víz és penészes."

Eddig senki sem panaszkodott arra a régi ágyra, ami szerintem nagyon kényelmes. Az apartmanban ezen kívül még 2 kétszemélyes ágy van, amelyekre át tudtunk volna ágyazni, ha valaminek a szaga nem elviselhető azt el is tudtuk volna távolítani, esetleg át is költözhettek volna a másik apartmanba. Nagyon sokféle megoldással tudunk szolgálni, ha a kedves vendég jelzi a problémáját. Azzal nem tudunk mit kezdeni, ha nem szól egy szót sem, csak amikor hazamegy ír egy ilyen negatív véleményt.
