Luxurious apartments located in a brand new building at 43a Grzybowska street, next to Hilton Hotel and Warsaw Uprising Museum. Apartments are fully equipped.

The apartment are located in the prestigious mint investment residence Grzybowska 43A, which with its architecture, thoughtful layout and additional services takes us into the world of one of the most luxurious places on the map of the capital.

Mennica Residence consists of two residential buildings, connected with a commercial and service touchdown and a representative main entrance, a high reception hall and a separate inner courtyard and greenery, which gives the whole place an amazing atmosphere.

Mint Residence is located in a prestigious location in the new, modern center of Warsaw, at the confluence of Żelazna and Grzybowska streets. Metro station, bus, tram, main station make the area very well connected with the rest of the city. Near the investment there is a well-developed urban infrastructure, which provides us with numerous restaurants, cafes, museums, shopping malls, theaters, offices and other service facilities.

"Bardzo przytulnie, dostępny telewizor z popularnymi platformami streamingowymi, mnóstwo ręczników oraz szamponów, żeli pod prysznic i balsamów do ciała. Miłym zaskoczeniem była również herbata i butelka wody na orzeźwienie. Łóżko i kanapa bardzo miękkie i wygodne do spania. Oświetlenie "klimatyczne" - idealne do oglądania czegoś w nocy. Stoliki bardzo podręczne, można było mieć z nich wygodny dostęp do przekąsek. Cały apartament ma lekki dla oka jednolity design."

"Bardzo ciężko się było z nimi skontaktować w celu wykorzystania bonu turystycznego. Internet nie działał (łączyło z siecią, ale nie było internetu), więc trzeba było samemu z hotspotu udostępnić na telewizor by móc cokolwiek obejrzeć. Zasłony w salonie były po prawej stronie lekko zerwane i strach było je ruszać. Obiekt posiadał dwie windy lecz jedna była nieczynna i zdarzyła się sytuacja, że trzeba było czekać dobre parę minut by dostać się do windy (schody odpadały z gry ponieważ byłyśmy na 12 piętrze) - jak tylko drzwi się otworzyły grupa sprzątaczy od razu bez słowa kliknęła przycisk na zamknięcie drzwi nie pozwalając nam wejść do środka i pojechała dalej, przez co spóźniłyśmy się na umówione spotkanie. "Widok na ogród" sprawił, że nieźle się pośmiałyśmy z koleżanką (była to tak naprawdę po prostu ziemia z czymś co wyglądało na materiały budowalne dookoła) ale na szczęście byłyśmy na tyle wysoko, że nie kłuł w oczy, szczególnie w nocy."
