    "Enjoyed quality of services The Palace Hotel is beautiful, as is the city of Heviz. You are greeted by the young man Gellen Dominik, who speaks fluent English. He hands us the keys to our room 2 hours earlier, realizing how tired we are after the grueling flight from the USA. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The room for our stay is comfortably furnished and has a refrigerator. kettle. wine glasses. The cleanliness of the room was simply sterile and cleaning was done daily. A wonderful view from the room of the city with a view of the cathedral, which glows even at night. The balcony is an additional bonus of the room. From here you can see what is happening in the beautiful city of Heviz with its festivals and the miraculous Lake Heviz. which can be reached in 7 minutes. Breakfasts and dinners amaze with their variety and quality of products. Everything is the freshest. Plenty of fruits and salads. Cheeses! Particularly noteworthy is the high level of skill of the chef. It was a wonderful 10 days of our holiday in the beautiful Palace and in amazingly beautiful Hungary. I recommend this hotel"

    "Csak pozitív tapasztalatom van a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Hazautazáskor derült ki, hogy két szemüvegtok és egy szemüveg maradt a szobában, telefonon érdeklődtem megtalálták-e. Visszahívást kaptam, ami sajnos nemleges volt, három nappal később kaptam újra egy hívást a holtelből, hogy megtalálták és elküldik a címünkre. <3"
