"Elment az áram a tv-nél a szobánkban, Megoldották de úgy éreztem nem szívesen foglalkozott vele, és kényelmetlenül éreztem magam abban a helyzetben. Lehetett látni hogy nem volt kedve foglalkozni ezzel a problémával a recepciós úrnak."

"Azt kapod, amit látsz (nagyjából). Exkluzívnak, elegánsnak távolról sem mondanám, de ízléses és pofonok. Egyszerű, kulturált hely, normális fogadtatással."

"Mint azt páran megírták korábban, erős dohos, cigifüst szag terjeng az egész épületben, ami nagyon kellemetlen. A felújítások ellenére az ikerágyas szobában több helyen elkezdett leválni a tapéta. A plazmaTV-től senki ne várjon csodát, ezer éves kis 80 centis TV volt a mi szobánkban (de ez a legkevesebb, elvégre az ember nem azért megy ilyen helyre, hogy TV-t nézzen, de azért tud úgy alakulni, hogy este filmezésre adnánk a fejünket). Az ágyak nem épp kényelmesek, de tűrhető. Ellenben a párnák szörnyűek, javaslom, hogy ha megteheted, vigyél saját párnát. Ami viszont erős negatív élmény volt számomra, az az volt, hogy a tulaj(?) elment valahova, bezárta a bejárati ajtót és nem hagyta ott a kulcsot, így a takarítónő/portás nem tudott kiengedni minket. Ez mégis hogy történhet meg egy panzióban? Hosszas keresgélés után a garázsajtó lett kinyitva nekünk, mert épp mentünk a buszhoz, ami csak fél óránként jár. Azt meg már halkan jegyzem meg, hogy a második emeleten a lámpabúrát celluxal rögzítették a plafonhoz, amit megmosolyogtam minden alkalommal, mikor megláttam. Véleményem szerint két főnek, két éjszakára 52000 Ft-ot nem ér meg. Semmilyen szolgáltatást nem kapsz, csak egy alvóhelyet. A szállás.hu-s leírással ellentétben nincs reggeli, amire azt mondták, hogy hónapokkal ezelőtt jelezték az oldalnak. Ha legközelebb Nyíregyházán járok, biztos másik szálláshelyet nézek."

kedves vendégeink a véleményüket olvasva elgondolkodtató hogy a negativ hozzászólásukkal ami mellesleg tulzás lerombolják a panziónk hirnevét ,ezzen elkellene gondolkodni cigaretazás semikép nincs a panzióba mivel tűzjelző van és és azonnal szólna. az ajtót egy percre csuktam be mellesleg azépületbe voltam nem kelett várni és soha nem zárnánk be vendéget. végezettűl mindent megtesszűnk vendégeink kényelméért de szerintem önöknek semmi sehol nem lesz jó így mi is megköszönjük ha a jövőben máshol kertesnek szállást. tisztelettel palermó panzió
