The pension is very attractive because it is located in the center of Starigrad, and so are all the facilities in the immediate vicinity.
Also, the distance from the sea is only 50 meters which makes it even more attractive for tourists who want to get everything in one place.
The pension offers double and triple rooms with balconies, a studio apartment for 3 persons and an apartment of a location separate from the house and can accommodate 5 people.
There is also a small kitchen for shared use where you can brew coffee, tea and so on.
The ground floor hall and terrace is for guests where they are served with food and drinks.

"Auf der Hauptstraße Rijeka - Split unter dem Velebit-Gebirge liegt das Dorf Starigrad. Einige Schritte vom Zentrum liegt Pansion Ivan. Trotz der frühen Ankunft waren Besitzers Ivan und Marijana freundlich und bieten uns Kaffee, hausgemachte Kirschenlikör und Feigenschnaps. Wir befinden uns im Schatten einer Walnuss auf der Pensionen Terrasse, trinken Kaffe, zwei Mädchen aus einer benachbarten Wohnung könnte sich zwischen zwei jungen Olivenbäumen in einer Hängematte schwingen und auf die große Terrasse glücklich fangen. Das Meer hat schöne Blaue Farbe und Ivan hat gesagt, dass die Reflexion des Himmels ist. Vorbei vom kleinen Hafen direkt am Strand unter den bunten Ständen mit Magneten, Taschen und alle möglichen Dingen, können wir nach turmbau Većka kula gehen. Es ist schön hier. Möbel im Zimmer waren neu, auf dem Bett wartet uns frische Handtücher, durch Fenster können wir das See schauen. Das See ist in der Nähe und wir brauchen weniger als Minute bis Strand. Wir nehmen uns Platz am Sandstrand im Schatten der wilden Pflaumen. Es ist zu heiß für das Buch, so gehen wir um ein kaltes Bier im Lokal, am Strand, unter dem Pansion. Zum Abendessen haben wir Fisch bestellen. Wir haben am ersten Gemüsesuppe bekommen, dann sehr schmackvoll Fisch mit Tintenfisch, Saisonsalate, eine riesige Portion Pommes Frites und natürlich ein Feigenschnaps. Der ganze Urlaub aßen wir wie Könige. Beim Frühstück hatten wir auch Orangensaft und türkischen Kaffee bekommen. Nach Abendessen, nachdem wir Suppe und gemischtes gegrilltes Fleisch, Thunfisch, gefüllten Paprika, Fisch, etc., haben wir zum Nachtisch auch Weintrauben, Wassermelone, Eis, Pfannkuchen und so weiter, bekommen. Mit seiner günstigen Lage, fast direkt am Strand, gutes Essen und warmes Meer, der Charme des Pansion Ivan ist im Gastfreundschaft und Gemütlichkeit ihrer jeweiligen Eigentümer. Marijana und Ivan sind einfach, fröhlich, kommunikativ und Witzig. Obwohl wir Turisten für eine Woche waren, fühlen wir, dass wir Freunde geworden sind. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Wir besuchten den Nationalpark Paklenica von oben nach unten (dank Ivan Verkehrs Velebit), wir fahren uns mit Jet-Ski, besuchen Fischerfest im Zentrum, verbrachte einige Abend auf der Terrasse bei Spritzer und chatten, wir haben auch eine schöne, kurze Reise mit Ivan am Seiner Boot, wir haben auch Meeresorgel im Zadar gehört und viel gutes Essen. Auf jeden Fall gehen wir wieder nach Pension Ivan.   10/10"
