"Locație potrivita, salteaua buna, patron drăguț și amabil."

"Fără aer condiționat, lenjeria necălcată, prosoape uzate, fara cablu și internet, fara semnal la telefon, cafetiera nefuncionala, geamurile se deschid numai rabatat."

Accommodation's reply:

Buna ziua, Ati fost informata ca am avut o pana de curent in zona pentru cateva ore, fapt pentru care am acceptat sa va facem un discount de la tariful normal. Dumneavoastra in aceste conditii ati acceptat cazarea. AER CONDITIONAT nu avem listat in "Servicii "deci si asta ati stiut cand v-ati cazat. Facem demersuri pentru achizitionarea unei pompe de caldura cu racire. Aratandu-va camerele inainte de a achita si cunoscand condițiile oferite, nu va inteleg nemultumirea. Aveati varaianta de a refuza cazarea si a pleca mai departe. Cred ca asta spune cine suntem noi ca si gazde, zi frumoasă!
