Ne pare rău că nu ne-am ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor dvs. Totuși de ce stăteati cu geamurile deschise dacă era frig. Căldură nu o putem opri dar totuși de ce nu ne-ați spus. Sa aveți sărbători binecuvântate. Apa sa oprit o singura data deoarece a fost o defecțiune de la ei. Totuși afinata, coniacul, palinca și vinul sau evaporat,,?

"Curățenie . Ciubarul foarte cald ."
"Masa este doar din comerț și produsele de calitate medie chiar spre joasa , nimic tradițional . Personal foarte neprimitor și neserviabil. În camerele de la etaj foarte frig iar personalul nereceptiv la nevoile clienților la nevoia de a da mai cald . Nerespectarea meniului stabilit în momentul rezervării. Am luat all inclusiv și nici nu nea fost adus nici vin nici tuica mai exact nimic de băut. Nici măcar apa. Lipsa apa calda la dușuri iar caldura se oprește pe timp de noapte."

Sa aveți sărbători binecuvântate! Sunteți de nota 10. I-mi pare rău că nu va fost pe plac.
