"1. Erau acceptate vouchere de vacanta. 2. Camera mare, spațioasă. 3. Personalul amabil. 4. Punerea la dispoziție a frigiderului pentru păstrarea hranei.5. Curățenia."

"1. Nu e pensiune, ci casă privată de cazare, deci nu asigură masa. 2. Lipsa firmei la intrare, motiv pentru care nici taximetriștii nu știau locația. 3. Poziția foarte departe de centrul stațiunii, în partea opusa hotelurilor, gării, autogării, magazinelor (nu era nicio farmacie pe o raza de 1 km). 4. Lipsa, la intrarea în clădire, a rampei pentru bagaje și cărucioare pentru persoane cu dizabilități. 5. De sub cada de duș și bideu curgea apă, iar când te spalai, la mijlocul dusului venea apă rece ca gheata fără a mai reveni apa caldă (aceea ce s-a întâmplat de mai multe ori, indiferent de ora."
