"Arata bine doar pe exterior."

"Zgomot foarte mare si deranjant de pe hol si de la camerele alăturate, distanta dintre ușă si podea fiind de 1-2 cm distanta, mizerie în camera: lenjerie de pat pătată, nu era maturat/aspirat in camera, salteaua patului era groaznic de uzata, usa de la baie rupta si nu se putea inchide avand manerul din interior rupt, in care te puteai si taia/lovi, ca sa stai pe toaleta trebuia sa tii picioare in duș �. Pentru o cazare de 220 lei pe noapte nu avea condițiile aferente prețului (lipsa hartiei igienice si a sapunului/gel de dus). Platind cazarea cu card de vacanta, nu am mai avut cum sa anulam."
