PLATEBNÍ A STORNO PODMÍNKY SPOLEČNOSTI FARMA OBŘÍSTVÍ S.R.O.     Tyto podmíny se týkají objednávaného ubytování a případně stravování v penzionu Na Kmíně, v Obříství čp.24.         1. Ceny a služby Orientační ceny ubytování a případných dalších služeb jsou uvedeny v prezentačních materiálech ubytovatele (internetové stránky, prospekty, apod.).     2.Při provedení rezervace je účtována záloha ve výši 50% z celkové ceny. Při zrušení rezervace  více jak 15dní před příjezdem, bude tato záloha vrácena v plné výši.     3.Při zrušení rezervace méně jak 14dní před nástupním termínen, je účtován storno poplatek ve výši 50% ceny. Farma Obříství s.r.o. má právo svůj nárok na storno poplatek započítat proti uhrazené záloze.   4.Nejpozději 7 dní před nástupním termínem je účtován doplatek ve zbylé výši 50% z celkové ceny.   5.Při zrušení pobytu méně jak 6 dní před nástupním termínem je účtován storno poplatek ve výši 100% z celkové ceny. Farma Obříství s.r.o. má právo svůj nárok na storno poplatek započítat proti všem uhrazeným částkám.   6. Farma Obříství s.r.o. nebude účtovat zákazníkovi výše uvedené storno poplatky, pokud nemohl čerpat sjednané služby z těchto důvodů: úmrtí v rodině, hospitalizace zákazníka nebo člena jeho rodiny, vážné onemocnění. Výše uvedené skutečnosti je zákazník povinen doložit písemným dokladem ubytovateli nejpozději do 3 dnů od jejich vzniku.   7.
