"Jó elhelyezkedés. Viszonylag csendes hely. Mikor sikerült megértetni velük (a foglalás során már előre is jelzett) gyermekünk glutén - liszt érzékenységét igyekeztek ételt biztosítani számára a lehetőségekhez képest."

"Angol nyelvtudás hiánya. Érkezéskor a kanapé díszpárnája alatt talált VÉRES NŐI BUGYI!!! illetve férfi zokni, szakadt ágynemű és kanapé, a takarítás nem volt alapos. Az étteremben a felszolgálók 90%-a a sajátján kívül semmilyen idegen nyelvet nem beszél, igy az angol étlapról választott és angolul leadott rendeléseinket nem vagy csak hiányosan hozták ki, majd újbóli próbálkozásnál félig nyers ételt tálaltak. A svédasztalos reggeli minden nap ugyanaz és igencsak szegényes választékkal. A szilveszteri buli kimerült egy cigányzenekar játékában, mely során helyi dalokat húztak fél méterről, közvetlen közelről a fülünkbe. Az italválaszték szintén szegényes. Parkolás a aqua park közelsége miatt napközben nehézkes."
