"Semmilyen pozitív tapasztalatom nem volt."

"Egy leamortizálódott,több évtizedek óta fel nem újított vendegházban szállásoltak el minket,amit már nem szabadott volna kiadni ingyen sem. A képek alapján ez a foglaláskor nem látszott. Korhadt,baleset veszélyes korlát, minősíthetetlen állapotú mikróval,hűtővel "felszerelt" konyha, leamortizalt,használhatatlan terasz bútorok. Festetlen, karbantartás nélküli rothadó nyílászárók. A szobában a hűtő nem működött. Sem a szobában sem a közös konyhában kisebb fagyasztórésze nem volt a hűtőnek. Koszosak,mocskosak voltak a konyha gépei. A szobában az ablak környezetében vastagon állt a leázott vakolat darab és por vegyesen. A lefoglalt 3 ejszaka helyett egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott,mivel este fél nyolckor,amikor odaértünk már nem tudtunk másik szállast keresni.Internet, térerő nem volt.Telefonálni,vagy üzenetet küldeni sem tudtunk sehova.Wifi nem volt(vagy nem tájékoztattak,hogy lenne) Letaglózva,helyzetünket mérlegelve ültünk a kb.10 negyzetméteres,emeleti szobában,melyen egy kisebb ablak volt. Volt a ház földszinti részén egy közös terasz,amely kiülesre használhatatlan volt. Egyrészt a bútorok használhatatlan állapota,másrészt a terasz minősíthetetlen,elhanyagoltsága miatt. Reggel jeleztem a távozási szándékunkat a szállásadónak. Elképedve hallgatta panaszaimat. Az előleg díját (12 600) ennek ellenére nem kompenzálta, sőt még 2000 ft-ot kért azon felül. Így 14 600 ezer ft-ba került kettőnk részére ez a "remek" mocskos, elhanyagolt szállás. Több éve a szállás.hu-un foglalunk szállást. Így még soha nem jártunk. (Hozzáteszem nem vagyunk nagy igényűek. A nap nagy részét kirándulásokkal,környékbeli látnivalók megnézésével töltjük. Este szeretünk párommal egy pohár frissítő mellett kényelmesen beszélgetni egy teraszon. Reggel egy kávé mellett kényelmesen megreggelizni a saját magunk altal készített ételből.) A szállás 3 ejszakára 44 ezer ft-ba került volna. Felháborítónak tartom a fenti körülmények miatt. Kérem a szállás.hu-t tájékoztassanak róla,ha van bármilyen jogorvoslati lehetőségem annak irányában,hogy a Szép kartyáról indított 12 600 ft-os előleget visszakaphassam."

"A Bükk gyönyörű, a hely csöndes."

"A konyhai székre ami a vendégnek volt oda téve a kutyámat nem ültetném rá. A szoba melletti fürdőben a WC büdös volt, a mosdó nem volt kimosva az állítólagos takarítás alkalmával, amivel éppen végeztek 14 órára. Egy pohár volt odakészítve fogmosáshoz pedig 2 személy részére szólt a szállás. A tv-ben minden adó duplán van."
