This 1696 historical revival mansion has been converted into a stylish and homelike design hotel, combining country-house comfort and upscale urban style bringing together the past with the present. The hotel also houses Pest-Buda Bistro, Grandma's homestyle Hungarian kitchen, using the best ingredients with love and care. Pest-Buda is one of the oldest restaurants in Hungary. It has an original baroque roof structure and the ground floor has been a tavern or restaurant for several centuries.

The story begins at Fortuna Street in the historic Buda Castle, where Café Pierrot was opened in 1982.
