"A 7 személyes apartmant foglaltam le, hogy kislányommal 2 éjszakát eltöltsünk a vendégházban. A szállás.hu egyértelműen visszaigazolta az apartman foglalást. Nem szobafoglalásunk volt. Érkezésünkkor megdöbbenéssel tapasztaltuk, hogy a 3 szoba közül az egyik foglalt. Jeleztem a szállásadónak, hogy ez nem felel meg nekünk, hiszen a konyhát és a nappalit egy vadidegen férfival kell megosztanunk. A szállásadó válasza teljesen elfogadhatatlan volt: ez eddig senkinek sem jelentett problémát, mindig ki szokták adni a további szobákat másoknak és erről a szállás.hu is tud. A sztori több helyen is sántít, ugyanis a szállás.hu oldal abban az időnen teljesen foglaltnak jelezte az apartmant. Ha igazat mondott volna a szállásadó, akkor még egy szoba kiadható lett volna ebben a helyzetben. Tehát a szállás.hu-t megkerülve kiadja a tulajdonos a szobákat. Azonnal távoztunk a vendégházból. Mindezeket azért írtam le, hogy a vendégek tudják, hogy mire számítsanak."
