"To już nasz trzeci pobyt w tym obiekcie i polecam pod każdym względem - czyste, nowocześnie urządzone pokoje, bardzo mili i dyskretni właściciele, wygodne aneksy w każdym pokoju, bardzo dogodne położenie: 5 minut spacerem do rynku, 15 minut do term, w pobliżu dwa supermarkety oraz dla miłośników piwa - lokalny browar."

"Miejsce godne polecenia. Przestronne pokoje z TV, łazienką i dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym nadają się zarówno na pobyty weekendowe jak i dłuższe. Na terenie działa WIFI. Na miejscu parking w cenie, można zrobić grilla lub ognisko. Dodatkowa atrakcja bardzo ceniona zwłaszcza przez dzieci to małe króliczki.
Lokalizacja także jest dogodna; 3 minuty spacerkiem do restauracji (dobre jedzenie), 5 minut do pięknego rynku a następne 3 minuty do równie uroczego brzegu Warty w pobliżu którego znajdują się już termy Uniejowskie, tak więc wszędzie blisko (W Warcie można wykąpać się w ciepłej wodzie bo jest tam wyprowadzona rura z ciepłą wodą z term) . A w pobliżu jest również browar który mam zamiar zwiedzić przy następnej wizycie tam.
O właścicielach pokoi można się wypowiadać jedynie w superlatywach."
