"Eine schöne Anlage, doch in den Außenanlagen sollte mehr Sauberkeit sein,schmutziger Grill,eine Pfanne mit Resten aus der Saison,pfui,die Sitzgelegenheiten teilweise zerstört,wahrscheinlich von Gästen,Außenpool schmutzig. Im Badezimmer fehlt eine Ablage und keine Aufhänger für Handtücher."

"Két hónappal előbb lefoglaltam az Apartmant 4 főre. (2 felnőtt, 2 gyermek (5 éves, fél éves). A visszaigazoló email megérkezett, az Apartman a kért időpontra lefoglalva. Érkezés előtt két nappal telefonon is egyeztettem. Úgy volt/van hîrdetve, hogy 'bababarát' kiságy, és fürdető kiskád is elérhető, de telefonon egy fiatal hölgy tájékoztatott minket, hogy egyik sincs. (?) Sebaj. Vittünk. Odaérkezvén, egy kedves, barátságos idősebb hölgy fogadott minket. Mindent elmondott, megmutatott. Ezután jött a fekete leves. Egy autó állt meg az apartman előtt. A fogadó hölgy kérdezte, hogy hozzánk érkeztek-e? Nem hozzánk. Nem vártunk senkit. Az autóval egy 3 tagú család érkezett, szintén egy kis csecsemővel. Az ő érkezésükről nem tudtak! A fogadó hölgy, sűrű telefonálgatásokba kezdett, majd közölte, hogy az apartmant közösen kell használjuk a lefoglalt időszak összes napján!(?) Ezt mi nem tudtuk elfogadni, felhîvtuk a tulajt, akinek eszében sem volt vállalni a bakit, esetleg elnézést kérni, ő szerinte ez îgy teljesen elfogadható állapot volt, mivel már idézem:" 6 éve îgy adják ki" (?) Tehát én lefoglaltam egy apartmant amiben 3 szoba van, ebből kettő szoba a miénk a harmadik szoba, (az érkezésükről egyáltalán nem tudott, másik családé!) Ráadásul a tulaj, a telefon beszélgetés során rendkîvül arrogáns, egyáltalán nem vendég marasztaló stîlusban nyilatkozott meg. Szegény "fogadó" hölgy, helyette is sűrű bocsánatokért esedezett. Szeretnénk tájékoztatni (itt is) a "kedves" tulajt, és leendő vendégeket, hogy a leîrásban, erősen félretájékoztatják az érdeklődőket. Ez az "apartman" 3 szobából, a szobákhoz tartozó fürdőkből, konyhából, és egy jakuzzis részből áll. Mi a szállás.hu oldalàn foglaltunk, kaptunk visszaigazolást is, hogy az apartman a miênk (két szoba-szobákhoz fürdő, konyha, jakuzzi, szauna.) De! Mivel maradt még egy szoba (!) Azt is kiadták. (!) És a tulaj szerint ez îgy korrekt! Mert szerinte az apartman titulus azt jelzi, hogy a házban a szobákhoz tartozik fürdő, és ez îgy 1-1 apartmannak felel meg. Az lényegtelen, hogy minden más közös! Kedves Szállás.hu szerintünk érdemes lenne felvenni a kapcsolatot a tulajjal, és elmagyarázni neki az apartman fogalmát. Nekünk nem sikerült. Mi ezért el is jöttünk! Nem maradtunk ott. Átadtuk a lehetőséget, a másik kisgyermekes családnak, ha már az ő érkezésükről nem is tudtak! (Egyébkênt elképzelni nem lehet, hogy ezt hogy gondolhatta a tulaj? Majd az egyik csecsemő felveri a másikat, illetve két szoptatás között pacsizunk a másikkal?) Felháborîtó! De ami még sajnálatosabb az a stîlus, amit megengedett magának!"

Teljesen félrevezető amit állítanak! Ez egy apartmanház 3 apartmannal, szó nem volt, hogy a teljes házat használhatják! Folyamatos csúsztatás, azvilyen vendègtől óvjon meg minket az isten
